SOUL Coaching Package

Be sure to bring pen and paper. this work is your work. there will be assignments and homework to optimize your growth potential.

Throughout the 3 months, we will meet for 5 x 60 minute sessions, distributed as you prefer (bi-weekly, sporatic, moon cycles, etc) and 1 specialty session of 90 minutes. In our first session we will establish your care, goals and plan for our work together and will review your progress and set up personal objectives for you to continue in our final session. The Specialty session is 90 minutes and is pre-planned for a specific date as a deep-dive into one of the following sessions: 

~Dream Tending - through dream we delve into discovering and nurturing dream companions/community

~ Shadow Work - Dreams or otherwise: discover what vices holds you back and begin to re-program new messages

~ Mid-Life De-mystify - Discovering the answers to Who am I? through visualizations, activities and reflections 

~ Brainstorm your Creative Endeavour - Enriching the depths of your project through a confidential, recorded (to share with you) session that will be the catalyst you need

In these sessions, tools of Coaching, Visualization, Meditation, Dream Tending or Dream Work, Deep Imagination and Creativity may be used and paired with Intuitive insights, Spirit Guides, Astrology, and Artistic Activities. Synchronicity, symbolism and spiritual support are core principals in my work and are presented from an Omnistic approach. Each session will be opened and closed with ritual.
